We don't recommend buying this product. It’s been six months since it arrived, and it still doesn’t work properly. We’ve communicated with the manufacturer many times and followed every instruction they gave, but the problem has never been resolved. We’ve wasted a huge amount of time assembling and troubleshooting it, all for nothing. History May 28: 3D printer arrived and was assembled
May 29: Unable to print cleanly
May 30: Disassembled and cleaned according to Dowell’s instructions, but the issue persisted
July 24: Nozzle clogging unresolved; discovered poor machining accuracy of the nozzle base. Agreed that a replacement unit would be sent.
Aug 5: Replacement arrived.Installed, but nozzle clogging recurred.
Aug 20: Replacement head unit and feeder parts shipped. Aug 29: Replacement parts arrived.
Sep 9: Installed parts and performed setup, but machine still failed to operate correctly.
Sep 10: Found that the filament cannot be replaced without disassembling the unit.
